Building a logo

Unbelievably enough, it all started with a building.
When Triple Cities College formed in 1946, the main building on campus was designed in a colonial style of architecture. The building, called "Colonial Hall," housed all classes at the time. When the school's first varsity sports started that fall - men's basketball, track and tennis - the teams called themselves the "Colonials."
But 53 years later, the Colonials are no more.
